FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE
DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF
WILDWOOD ESTATES

          THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Wildwood Estates, made on this 14th day of December, 1993, by CROSSMANN COMMUNITIES PARTNERSHIP, an Indiana general partnership ("Declarant")

W I T N E S S E T H

          WHEREAS, Declarant, on the 22nd day of November, 1993, executed the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions ("Declaration") of Wildwood Estates, as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, as Instrument No. 9357814;

          WHEREAS, Declarant is desirous of amending, the Declaration;

          NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant declares that the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Wildwood Estates, dated November 22, 1993, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, as Instrument No. 9357814 are hereby amended in the following respects:

          ARTICLE IV is hereby amended to add Section 6.22 as follows:

          Section 6.22 Outside Use of Lots.  Except in an individual patio area appurtenant to a Dwelling Unit, no planting or gardening shall be done, and no fences, hedges, walls or other improvements shall be erected or maintained upon the Property except such as installed in accordance with the initial construction of the buildings located thereon or as approved by the Board of Directors. Above ground swimming pools are prohibited on the Property.

          IN WITNESS WHEREOF, CROSSMANN COMMUNITITES PARTNERSHIP, an Indiana general partnership, has caused this Declaration to be executed as of the date first written above.
