Architectural Approval Requests
(if you are planning home improvements)

Approval by the Board of Directors must be granted before exterior modifications are made to your property. Please read the rules and guidelines carefully, then print and complete the approval form. Once received by the Board, your request will be taken under consideration at the next meeting. A Board member will then contact you directly with a decision.

Legal Documents

The Wildwood Estates Homeowners Association operates under the authority of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions originally set forth by Crossmann Communities.

Proposed Changes to Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation

At the Annual Meeting of the Membership on February 23, 2011, changes will be considered for the Association's Articles of Incorporation and the Association's Bylaws.  For more details, please see the home page of the website or consult the Annual Meeting & Annual Dues Notice sent to each Association Member in early January 2011.
